These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of websites and services operated by Binary Ideas ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including our AI voice receptionist offering for real estate professionals (collectively, the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind your business. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Description of Service

The Service may include AI-assisted call handling, lead capture, and related tools for real estate agents and teams.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

3. Accounts

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information, safeguard credentials, notify us of unauthorized use, and accept responsibility for activity under your account.

4. Fees

Where applicable, pricing may include:

Setup: USD 499 one-time
Monthly: USD 199 per month

Fees are in USD unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions may renew until cancelled. Non-payment may result in suspension. Prices may change with notice to active subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to violate law, mislead callers, disrupt systems, scrape or reverse engineer the Service, or exceed the scope of your agreement.

We may suspend or terminate use that violates these Terms.

6. Compliance and caller data

You are responsible for compliance with laws applicable to your business (including telemarketing, recording, and privacy laws in your jurisdiction). You are responsible for notices and consents your use of the Service may require.

7. Intellectual Property

Content, software, and branding are owned by Binary Ideas or licensors. You receive a limited license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BINARY IDEAS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Binary Ideas against claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or third-party rights.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
